The real estate division of The
Genecov Group, Inc. is responsible for the
management of the real estate assets of the
extended Genecov family. These assets run the
full range of real estate investments --
commercial, residential, and rural. Our
management style delegates daily management
duties to out-sourced real estate
professionals in the cities where the
properties are located, while corporate
management concentrates on the marketing,
purchasing, and development of the real estate
portfolio.
From its headquarters in the heart of East
Texas, the Genecov family owns and operates
properties throughout Texas as well as
Florida. The largest portion of our portfolio
is in commercial real estate. We own shopping
centers, office parks, and freestanding
buildings, leasing to a variety of local,
regional, and national tenants. Our commercial
developments include speculative construction,
build-to-suits, and land leases. In the
residential arena, our assets consist of
single family and smaller multi-family units.
Ranches and timberland are our primary rural
assets, some of which are lakefront properties
with future development potential.
As one of our corporate goals, we envision the
ongoing improvement of our properties through
periodic remodeling as well as upgrading our
assets through reinvestment in quality
properties in quality markets. |
